13. Prospectus of Promotion

When NOSAKA,Genji (the company's former CEO) served as a manager of a distributor for Toyota, he realized how indifferent automobile manufacturers were to the supply of parking spaces. Then, he decided to found Japan System Bank and started a business restructure to change month-to-month parking lots, which accounted for 80% of Japan's parking space at that time, into pay-by-the-hour parking lots. The company's basic tenets is to raise a "revolution in parking."
The name of "Japan System Bank" signifies our ambition: by creating an original "system" of parking, we want to develop not only "software", but also "hardware" in the management of parking. In order to create such a system, we have collected relevant information from all over the world. We are now making our best endeavor to achieve our ultimate goal.

PresidentMessage

My name is NOSAKA, Nobuyoshi. I have recently assumed the presidency of Japan System Bank Corp.

The number of automobiles in Japan is still increasing. Many redevelopment projects have started through around the nation. Furthermore, the recent change in the Traffic Control Law expanded the control of illegal parking.
These circumstances are a big business chance for us. The boost to car parking industry is expected to be far from over.

As a real-estate consultant, we have recommended that landlords efficiently utilize their lands by introducing our pay-by-the-hour parking system. We believe that our products are certain to prove invaluable aids to bridge the gaps between car owners' demand of parking space and an overabundance of landlords' untenanted lands. We expect the spread of our parking system to be helpful in solving traffic problems in inner-city districts and to contribute to revitalizing the towns.???
We will continue to make our best effort to bring happiness to our stockholders, customers, and everyone in our community. We will appreciate your further help and encouragement from now on.

Yours sincerely,
May 10, 2007
