JSB achieved 11 straight years of earnings growth since its establishment
(Dec.1, 2006)

Nearly 6 months have gone by since we celebrated JSB's 10th anniversary. Fortunately, we have continuously increased sales for these ten years. Again this year, we expect to increase the profit by more than 10%.

I have borne in mind that our business principle should be always unique. As our appearances vary from person to person, it is quite natural that business principles vary from company to company. If a company's business principle lacks any distinctive color, the company undermines its own raison d'etre. Our business principle is summarized in this slogan: "sowing seeds of happiness and joy." Through doing our business, we aim at the happiness and joy for our company members, our customers, and our social community as a whole.

Due to their agricultural culture and geographical characteristics, Japanese are considered to be insular, psychologically interdependent. To speak ill of it, Japanese are thought to follow the crowds easily. However, fortunately, I had an opportunity to see this national character from the third person. When I was young, I studied at an American university and became friends with many students from around the world. Soon after graduation, I found work at a Japanese trading company and traveled around the world. As a result, I became a self-driven individual. I established my identity for all kinds of things.

For these ten years, I have asked myself whether I know exactly what kind of company I envision. Almost every company has the customer-first management policy. However, they don't really preserve such a beautiful policy.

Ultimately, the spirit of our slogan is the same as that of the customer-first management policy. If we are truly pleased with serving our customers, JSB can justify our raison d'etre.

Simply pit, what is crucial is whether we can immediately reply to the question such as "What is your company's business?" My own reply is this: JSB's business is to leverage underutilized real estate. Always pleased to serve you."
