Hello to Chinese readers

A boom in the learning of Japanese is taking place among young people in China. Many Chinese universities have started Japanese course. It is now very popular in China to take the Official Japanese proficiency test, which have a flood of applicants.

Several Chinese are working at my company. They are working with Japanese employees under equal conditions. It is my policy not to discriminate against employees based on race or nationality.

One of Chinese employees were graduated from University of Fukui and now working with us on a working visa. Another is working part-time while a student. Both of them are very industrious and capable of communicating in Japanese. Their language skill is considerable compared to my English I used when I studied at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor a couple of decades ago.

My blog is translated into Chinese everyday.
JSB in the 21st century belongs to those who can communicate in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I have kept saying it to my young employees. If a skilled linguist further acquires IT knowledge, that will out the icing on the cake. She will sit on the board of the directors of JSB.

I am planing to hire another Chinese. I look forward to working with many young Chinese. I hope they will participate actively in our business in China.

The destruction of environment in China is severe. A survey has revealed that Shanghai, Tianjin, Chunking, Shenyang are with the worst air pollution. The reason lies in the burst of consumption of energies in China. Many industrial and power plants were constructed without pollution control. The number of cars is also increasing at a great rate. China is now experiencing the environmental issue on a more ample scale than Japan did. The Chinese government is promoting to plant trees to control CO2 emission and to combat deforestation and desertification. However, the ecological movement in China is still in its infancy. To protect the eartn, we should put our heads together.
